<<How To Reserve to Visit or Register F-3 VISA (Dependent VISA) in Immigration Office>>Dependent visa, F-3 VISA is a spouse or child of D-1 visa to E-7 visa holders.When E-7 visa holder's spouse or child wants to visit to Korea as a dependent of E-7 visa holders, usually, they have to apply for F-3 visa in their home country.After obtaining F-3 visa from Korean Embassy in their home country, F-3 visa holders shall entry into Korea within 3 months after F-3 visa issuance date.When F-3 visa holders entry into Korea, they have to register their Alien Registration within 3 months after the date of entry into Korea.Mostly, there are two types of F-3 visa staying periods.*1. 90 Days F-3 visa:To register their Alien Registration into E-7 visa holder's Immigration Office, they MUST reserve at Immigration Office and have to extend their F-3 visa and #ARC (=Alien Registration Card) application.It means they have to extend their F-3 visa period of stay from short term F-3 visa (90 days) to long term F-3 visa (over 91 days) after reservation visit to Immigration Office.F-3 visa may be extended until E-7 visa holder's period of stay.**2. Over 91 Days F-3 visa:They just visit to Immigration Office for Alien Registration without reservation.mmigration Office collects their finger prints and registers their information with ARC.<Basic Requirements For Register F-3 visa in Immigration Office>
(1) Application Form No. 34;
(2) E-7 visa holders ARC copy (back and forth);
(3) Lease Contract Copy;
4) Passport Photo (3.5 cm x 4.5 cm) with White Background;
(5) Copy of Passport & F-3 visa copy;
6) Original Passport;
(7) Fee: 30,000 won.Other documents may be added by Immigration Office's request.**When your spouse gets F-3 visa from your home country, please review your spouse's period of stay on F-3 visa. And follow the above instruction.**
