Criteria for nepali e7-4visa holder to bring spouse /wife or husaband with them

After getting E-7-4 visa converted from E-9 visa, it is not easy to invite Spouse of E-7-4 visa holders.

Only few Korean Embassy in your home country allow to apply for F-3 visa, Dependant visa, so far.

By the way, Korean Embassy in Nepal has a detailed information to apply for Dependant visa, F-3 visa.

And English version of required documents are indicated as below for applying for F-3 visa to Korean Embassy in Nepal.

**Usually if other Korean Embassy webpage has no indication for F-3 visa, your spouse shall apply for C-3 visa, short term visit visa, and then your spouse may change her/his visa to F-3 visa in Korea but as far as I know, the most of Immigration Offices are reluctant to accept visa change application from C-3 visa to F-3 visa.

For this issue, VISA in KOREA may submit a petition  soon to Ministry of Justice.

*1. Inviter’s Documents:

(1) Invitation letter (초청장)-required Notary Public or Seal certificate
(*You need to be done with Notary Public with a signature)
(2) Guarantee Letter (신원보증서) from Korean with Notary Public or Seal Certificate
(3) Seal Certificate (인감증명서)
(4) Copy of Alien Registration Card (back and forth) 외국인등록증 앞 뒤면 복사본
(5) Lease Contract copy 임대차 계약서
(6) Certificate of Employment 재직증명서
(7) Business Registration 사업자등록증 사본
(8) Finance Statement 재정증명서류-Bank account lists for more than 6th month including your payment.

*2. Inviter's Wife or Husband Documents

(1) VISA Application with 1 passport size picture (3.5 cm x 4.5 cm, white back ground)
(2) Passport and its copy
(3) Medical Checkup for TB (Tuberculosis:결핵검진서) Test.
(Designated Hospitals in Nepal as 1.PATAN HOSPITAL, PATAN, 2.CIVIL SERVICE HOSPITAL, NEWBANESHOR. 3. KOREA NEPAL FRIENDSHIP HOSPITAL. (KOREA THIMI HOSPITAL), BHAKTAPUR, 4.SUKRARAJ TROPICAL AND INFECTIOUS DISEASE HOSPITAL, TEKU)
(4) VISA Cover Letter
(5) Marriage Certificate with Notary in Korean or English
(6) Family Relationship certificate with Notary in Korean or English
(7) Job related documents about your wife or your wife’s business registration certificate
(8) Bank transaction list certificate for 6 months.
