How to get Departure Guarantee Insurance( thejicom) in korea if u get e7-4 visa from e9

<<Departure Guarantee Insurance  and Report to Foreigner Employment Service Center  when you have obtained E-7-4 VISA>>
Usually, E-9 VISA holders pay certain amount of money monthly for preparation for departure expenses until they finish their 4 years and 10 months. So, if they plan to leave Korea after 4 years and 10 months working in Korea, they receive their Departure Gurantee Insurance at the airport.
However, if E-9 VISA holders have obtained E-7-4 VISA from E-9 VISA, do they need to pay Departure Gurantee Insurance monthly?Nope. No need to pay for Departure Gurantee Insurance anymore. Therefore, if you have obtained E-7-4 VISA changed from E-9 VISA, you have to follow below procedures to avoid any disbenefits when you extend your E-7-4 VISA extension or change to other VISAs.
**1. When you have received E-7-4 (=Alien Registration Card) from Immigration Office, you must contact to your Employment Service Center within 14 days after receiving your new ARC (=E-7-4 VISA).
**2. Giving your new information such as you have been changed from E-9 VISA to E-7-4 VISA and request for refund of your Departure Gurantee Insurance.
3. Foreigner Employment Service Center may request for a document such as Notification for Changes in Foreign Employee  with some documents indicated on the Form No. 32
.4. After consulting your Departure Gurantee Insurance, you may request for refund your whole Departure Gurantee Insurance. And then the Center may let you know how to refund your money from Samsung Insurance Company to Your Company's Account.
5. Once you resign your current company, you may get this amount of money from your company.***Please read carefully and let your company's person in charge (과장님, 대리님, 주임님 etc.) to contact your Foreigner Employment Service Center and report your VISA Change and request for refund your Departure Gurantee Insurance which you have been deposited to Samsung Insurance Company**
